Most of my family birthdays are in March, April, and May and it sometimes feels like a second Christmas with trying to get everyone gifts. I’m currently trying to save up to move out, so I decided to make gifts this year to save a bit of money and I also enjoy making gifts rather than buying them…
This is one of my favorite outfits. The weather has been really weird where I live lately, one day it’s 80 degrees and the next it’s in the 50s. On this day it was cold half of the day and warm the other half. I wore three layers and it ended up working out really wel…
I usually carry around way to much stuff and recently I have been trying to just carry around things I actually use…
Most of my fall essentials are just things to keep me warm as I hate the cold. Though the cold is almost worth it when I get to see the trees change color, it’s unbelievably beautiful. This will be my first Fall and Winter to get colder than the 40s in about six years, so I’ll be hiding under under blankets for the next few weeks. I am loving Fall decoration and fashion though.
Too Faced Born This Way Foundation- I like to wear as little makeup as possible, but in the winter my skin looks red and just all around not great, so foundation is a must for me.
Maybelline Fit Me Concealer- I use this for my under eyes and I absolutely love it. I don’t use it for my spots because it causes me to break out really badly, but other than that it’s an affordable concealer that works really well. The only bad thing about this product is they never have my shade at any of the stores that I go to, so I have to order it online if I want the right shade.
E.L.F. HD Setting Powder- When it’s cold outside I’m really bad about touching my face, so I need all the help I can get keeping my makeup in place.
Boots- Since it apparently snows where I’m living right now my usual canvas shoes aren’t going to cut it. I actually got these at Charles and Keith awhile back, but it was always so hot where I was I did not want to wear them, but now I get the chance to.
Scarfs and Sweaters- The more layers the better during fall. It just started getting cold where I live and I’m already wearing three layers every-time I go out.
Hoodie- I can’t stress enough how much I hate the cold, so anything to keep me warm will be a favorite of mine. I’m seriously considering getting an electric blanket.
Sweatpants- I currently only have one pair that I bought off amazon cause I had no warm clothing and I wear them constantly. I think it’s time to buy another pair.
Face Masks- My skin gets really dry during fall and winter, so I try to give it extra attention this time of year.
Books- Most of my free time during fall is spent under lots of blankets, reading, and drinking something warm.

What you’ll need:
- Yarn, ribbon, or clasp
- (Optional) jewelry tools, this will make it easier, but you can just use scissors
Step 1- Measure around your second toe to where you want the chain to connect to the charm and cut the chain to that length. If your making two use the first one as a guide to make sure their the same length.
Step 2- Open the ring on your charm and connect the chain.
Step 3- I cut two pieces of chain for each one and decided how many times I wanted the chain to wrap around my ankle.
Step 4- Open the other side of your charm and connect the chains.
Step 5- Cut a piece of yarn and thread in through the chain, you can also use clasp if you have them, and your done.
What you’ll need:
- yarn or string
Step 1- Step one is the same, measure around your toe to where you want the charm to connect. I’m using an old necklace chain for this one, so I’m also taking off the clasp before I start
Step 2- Connect the chain to the bottom of the charm
Step 3- Cut two pieces of chain to fit around your ankle
Step 4- Connect the chain to the other side of the charm
Step 5- Attach the clasp
Step 6- Cut two pieces of yarn or string to wrap around your ankle. Attach the yarn or string to the charm and your are finished. I also put a bit of hot glue on the nots to make sure they wouldn’t come loss or fray
Hope you found this helpful and have a great summer! x
I almost always get ready last minute and end up running around trying to get out the door on time. In my hurry I often grab the same accessories, because their simple, and I know they go together. My favorite sunglasses are from H&M, I got them recently, and they suit my face shape really well. I’ve been wearing them constantly and somehow I haven’t scratched them yet.My grandma gave this purse to me for my birthday and whenever I don’t use a back pack I use this purse. It’s a bit small for everyday use because I carry so much junk around in my bag, but it’s good for most occasions. I don’t wear much jewelry, I just end up fiddling with it the whole time, but I will wear a bracelet or necklace from time to time. I got this chocker from hot topic when I was shopping with a friend and I got the bracelet from H&M while on a trip.Lastly the twill sneakers that are also from H&M. I love them! Their cute and I can still jump and move around comfortably.
